Marc Rigaux is professor of labour law at the University of Antwerp where he is the spokesman of the Social Law Unit. He is the chairman of the Institute for Co-operation between the University and the Labour Movement (ISUA). He has several publications on social dialogue, collective labour disputes, law on termination and collective European labour law.

Patrick Humblet graduated from Antwerp University in 1993 (PhD. in Law). He is professor of labour law at Ghent University and chairman of the Department of Social Law. He is also visiting professor at the Royal Military Academy (Senior Military Administrator Course).
